The establishment meeting of Luyang Company was grandly held in our company

On the morning of July 7th, the founding ceremony of Sichuan Luyang Oil and Gas Equipment Research and Design Co., Ltd., jointly established by Jinglei Company and Southwest Petroleum University, was grandly held in the conference room on the third floor of Jinglei Company's new office building. Wang Diancan, Chairman of Jinglei Company and Chairman of Luyang Company, Liu Qingyou, Vice President of Southwest Petroleum University and Vice Chairman of Luyang Company, as well as members of the board of directors, supervisory board, and management team of Luyang Company, attended the establishment meeting. Relevant department heads of Jinglei Company also attended the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Xie Shouze, Secretary of the Party Committee of Jinglei Company.

Chairman Wang Diancan read out the resolutions of the first shareholder meeting and board of directors of Luyang Company and delivered a speech, deeply interpreting the significant significance and corporate mission of establishing Luyang Company on the current situation of accelerated economic transformation and upgrading and the future development strategy direction of Jinglei Company. I hope that through everyone's joint efforts and complementary advantages, we can jointly develop various application equipment urgently needed in the national oil and gas production and transportation field, and contribute to the national strategy and local economy.
