Representing a new frontier in reinforced heat exchange pipe fittings, this innovation surpasses all existing domestic and international internal reinforced heat exchange pipe fittings in heat transfer performance.
Engineered for superior heat transfer within air tubes, our 3D inner finned tube achieves up to 5.8 times the heat transfer of conventional light tubes under identical operating conditions. For fluids with high Prandtl numbers, its enhanced heat transfer ratio can even surpass this figure. In condensation and boiling heat transfer scenarios, the efficiency of our finned tubes is 3-5 times and 2-5 times higher, respectively, than that of bare tubes under similar conditions.
Our range of mass-produced enhanced heat transfer tubes includes the 3D inner finned tube, 3D outer finned tube, double-sided 3D tube, and variable density 3D inner finned tube. Additionally, we can customize three-dimensional inner finned tubes and outer finned tubes, threaded tubes, flat tubes, and harmonica tubes to meet specific customer requirements.
