Since 1988, Sichuan Jinglei Science and Technology Co., Ltd. has been using explosion welding technology to combine high-cost alloys to carbon steel materials to provide safe and reliable metal composites while keeping the cost down. Our products have been widely used in oil, gas, and coal industries. Since 2000, the production of high quality longitudinal-welded clad pipes have become the focus of our business. We currently produces clad pipes with outer diameters ranging from 168.3 mm (6 inches) to 2032 mm (80 inches), thicknesses of 60 mm and up to 12 metre in length. We are the only manufacturer in the world producing both clad pipes and clad plates.

In addition, we has the capability to manufacture pipe fittings such as induction bends, elbows, tees etc. We offer a wide range of pipe prefabrication from customer models, isometric drawings and pipe plans.

— Manufaturing Equipment

Our clad pipe production line has independent intellectual property rights, the production line is equipped with advanced processing and testing equipments, and the performance indexes are at the leading level in the industry. The production line is equipped with Computer numerical control (CNC) milling unit, 4800 tonnes of pre-bending unit, two sets of 4000 tonnes and 5200 tonnes of bending machine, 8 base pipe inside and outside the submerged arc welding unit and 32 sets of corrosion-resistant alloy special argon arc welding machine. It is also equipped with digital inspection equipment such as DR digital ray inspection line, automatic ultrasonic inspection (AUT) line and laser measuring equipment, which provides a strong guarantee for product quality.
